A Sepia aquatint on copper print of Hay-Makers, Aspects of Farming, various vignette sepia etchings with scenes of aspects of pre-industrialised farm life. A tinted aquatint from the work "Microcosm" drawn & etche'd by W. H. Pyne. Measures. Approx 9 x 12 inches to plate line and 10.5 x 13 inches approx in total. some light foxing or age spots at edges outside the plate line except for one small spot. *Note. Plate from 'Microcosm: or, a Picturesque Delineation of the Agriculture, Manufactures etc, of Great Britain'. Etching and aquatint This is dated 1822 and printed on hand-made cartridge paper. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
