McCall of "Golfing couple" artiles on "Women's Election Influence" (early suffrage and feminism) + short stories and a long serial part of "The Gambler" chapters Vi to Xi by Katherine Cecil Thurston, altogether 25 stories and articles with some lovely illustrations and photos, the Theatre review has lovely clear photos on glossy paper. Some ingrained dustiness to cover and a few small insect nibbles at top edge of first two pages and spine edges a little pulled away, text not affected. very good and all still firm. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
