Folio size 4 page auctioneers printed auction notice. 7 lots to be sold, inc a Family House of 6 bedrooms, next to Surrey St, + 2 substantial cottage in St Stephen St, + another two near The Angel Inn, + Marsh Land at Kirby Bedon and other marsh land on the Yare. A hole in the piece at the inner fold area, printing not affected, due to the removal of a wax seal at some time, front is very good and mostly very clean. Measures 38 x 27 cm.
