Head and tail of spine lacking (headbands lacking). Title label lacking. Spine desiccated & cracked in about three places. Rear hinge split. Previous ownership bookplate found on front paste-down: "Alfonso Josephs Sheafe." Previous ownership signature, in ink, found on front end-page: "J. Faulhaber. 326 Longurd Ave. Boston." Front end-page and fly-leaf detached from binding. Toning throughout text-block; instances of age-staining and finger-soiling. Binding is intact, but very fragile.
