Zustand: Good. 1943. 214 pages. Yellow pictorial dust jacket over red cloth. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. The clipped dust jacket has moderate edge wear, tears and chips to edges and spine ends. Moderate sunning to jacket edges and spine.

Neat previous owner's name inside and one neatly rubbed out. Fantastic colour frontis plus many black and white illustrations to the stories. 10 stories by various authors (see above). Scattered, pale foxing to page edges; gift inscription on front paste-down; otherwise, a clean, tidy copy. Used - Good. VG hardback in Fair dust jacket.
