In good plus olive green cloth boards, dark green titles to front with ruled lines and crests of Bath and Bristol. The boards are fairly clean; quite tight and straight; corners and spine ends bumped and frayed. Lightly tanned and foxed end papers; long dedication on front free end paper. Slightly tanned cut edges. The text block is tightly bound, square and with light marks and foxing on some pages. With 20 lovely colour plates with tissue guards and 2 fold out b/w plans. Very good condition. Without jacket.

There is some staining of the spine, the endpapers are broqned, and there is a short ownership inscription; overall, this book is just about in good condition. Internally there is an inscription and pasted in inscription on front endpaper and fold-out map of Bristol is a little damaged where one edge projects from face of pages,o/w the contents are tight and clean.
