Neuware - O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a deteção de Salmonella e de estafilococos coagulase-positivos, bem como o estudo da resistência aos antibióticos destas duas bactérias patogénicas isoladas no Laboratório Regional de Saúde Pública de Zarzis (Tunísia) a partir de produtos alimentares, amostras de superfícies alimentares e culturas fecais, no âmbito de controlos de rotina. Foram submetidas a antibiotipagem 18 estirpes pertencentes ao género Salmonella, isoladas a partir de alimentos de origem animal e de coproculturas, e 2 estirpes de estafilococos coagulase-positivos, isoladas de géneros alimentícios. Os resultados revelaram que todas as estirpes de Salmonella são resistentes a, pelo menos, dois antibióticos e que 38,88 % são resistentes a mais de cinco antibióticos. Eighteen strains belonging to the genus Salmonella, isolated from food of animal origin and fecal cultures, and two strains of coagulase-positive staphylococci, isolated from food products, were subjected to antibiotic susceptibility testing. The results showed that all Salmonella strains were resistant to at least two antibiotics, and 38.88% were resistant to more than five antibiotics. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist der Nachweis von Salmonellen und koagulase-positiven Staphylokokken sowie die Untersuchung der Antibiotikaresistenz dieser beiden pathogenen Bakterien, die im Regionallabor fuer oeffentliche Gesundheit in Zarzis (Tunesien) im Rahmen von Routinekontrollen aus Lebensmitteln, Oberflaechenproben von Lebensmitteln und Stuhlkulturen isoliert wurden. 18 Staemme der Gattung Salmonella, die aus Lebensmitteln tierischen Ursprungs und aus Stuhlkulturen isoliert wurden, sowie 2 Staemme koagulase-positiver Staphylokokken, die aus Lebensmitteln isoliert wurden, wurden einer Antibiotikaresistenzanalyse unterzogen.
