Burnet was one of the few close friends that King William III confided in.Edited by John Jebb, who was an Irish churchman.Ink inscription to reverse of front endpaper which reads, ' Blackheath New Proprietary School Midsummer 1841, Lower Sixth Class Rayden Prize for Divinity'.Collated, complete.
