That aside, the pamphlet is quite nice, and sturdy. Provenance: Library of Congress, with their surplus stamp on the inside front cover. __+__ I'm not sure but this seems to be an accounting for what would be the return (?!) of monies spent by Australian soldiers at canteens during WWI.
