Zustand: Good. 1957. No edition remarks. 196 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over pictorial cloth covered boards. Rough cut edges to textblock. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have light shelf wear with minor corner bumping and crushing to spine ends. Clipped jacket has moderate edge wear with tears, chips, and some areas of loss. Spine noticeably tanned. Front surface detached at spine.

Hardcover. Zustand: Good. No dust jacket. Heavy edge, corner, and surface wear- worn through to paperboard in a few spots on top edges of covers, cover faces have spotty surface wear, mostly along lower edges. Mild fading to spine. Otherwise in swell shape, the pages are clean and unmarked, the binding is square and tight. Titling on spine and embossed boat scene on cover are done in a bold gilding.

Hardcover. pp. xii, 271-537. 8vo. Bound in sky-blue cloth with lettering and decoration in gilt and blind. Maps and illustrations present as called-for. Slightly slanted, some edgewear, age-toning to endpapers and half-title, bookplate to front free endpaper, frayed cotton pagemarker taped to rfep, thumbing to pages; very good. Works issued by The Hakluyt Society, Second Series, Part 2, No. 108. "From the German account by Gabriel Tetzel, with supplementary passages from the Latin versions (printed in 1577, 1843 and 1951) of the lost account in Czech by Václav Sasek, both having been Rozmital's companions.".
