In dieser Forschungspublikation wurde die antimikrobielle Wirksamkeit von drei verschiedenen Gewürzen analysiert: Syzygium aromaticum (Gewürznelke), Zingiber officinale (Ingwer) und Curcuma longa (Kurkuma). Die Methanolextrakte der drei Gewürze zeigten eine maximale antibakterielle Aktivität gegen die ausgewählten lebensmittelbedingten Krankheitserreger und wiesen das Vorhandensein von biologisch wichtigen phytochemischen Verbindungen auf. 56 pp. Deutsch.
