Inside front hinge is cracked but still attached. Text, inside front and back covers, ffep's and bfep's are yellowed due to age. Otherwise clean and unmarked. Light soiling and yellowing to page ends. It was resolved in the Senate and House of Representatives of Michigan to compile a report detailing the states involvement in the Civil War. 1000 copies went to State officers, boards, Legislature etc. 500 copies for the general publics use. Details the raising of the troops, financial statements, flags of Michigan with very details descriptions of every infantry and cavalry brigade assembled.
