As a fundraiser for the restoration of one such building ["Villa Necchi Campiglio", designed by Milanese architect Piero Portaluppi in 1932], architects across Italy & the world were approached to submit drawings for an exhibition. The response was extraordinary, with almost 400 submissions by over 100 architecture firms.
