Flaying often functioned as animaginative resource for medieval and early modern artists and writers, even though it seems to have been rarely practiced in reality. Vintage program for three days of screenings of the classic British science fiction television series at the 1979 Los Angeles Science Fiction, Horror, and Fantasy Convention. Program includes an introduction, a brief history of the television series, synopses of the episodes starring Tom Baker, and a biography of Baker. Presented by Los Angeles television station KBSC TV-52, the marathon of 98 commercial-free episodes was the surprise hit of the convention.
